THE ROOTED MEMBERSHIPS
4 memberships to choose from: Sprout, Bloom, Thrive & Evergreen.
Your membership determines how many blocks per week you access on a recurring basis.
Memberships renew every 28 days.
It's simple, predictable, and completely flexible month to month.
1 recurring Greenhouse block per week (5hrs) for 4 weeks.
$320 + HST. ($16/hr)
2 recurring Greenhouse blocks per week (10hrs) for 4 weeks.
$600 + HST. ($15/hr)
3 recurring Greenhouse blocks per week (15hrs) for 4 weeks.
$840 + HST. ($14/hr)
4 recurring Greenhouse blocks per week (20hrs) for 4 weeks.
$1000 + HST. ($12.50/hr)

Each day is divided into three 5-hour blocks. When you book a block, that entire 5-hour window is yours every week. Pick the time of day that suits your schedule and your clients.
A daytime block engineered for clarity, focus, & steady flow.
7:30am - 12:30pm
A midday-to-afternoon stretch for those who thrive when the day is in full swing.
12:30pm - 5:30pm
A cozy, end-of-day window perfect for reflective sessions, admin catch-ups, or those who find their flow in the evening glow.

A. The Collective is designed for registered therapists and mental health practitioners in the GTA who are looking for a professional, welcoming space to see clients. Whether you're building your practice, transitioning to private work, or simply need a consistent, beautifully curated space to call your own.

A. Each membership tier includes access to the fully equipped therapy room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a waiting area for clients, and access to our growing community of like-minded practitioners. As we grow, you'll also have access to peer support, collaborative events, and shared resources.

A. No long-term commitment required. Our memberships are structured on a recurring 28-day cycle, giving you flexibility as your practice evolves. You can adjust or cancel based on your needs.

A. Yes, and we'd especially love to have you. The Collective was built with community and mentorship in mind. Whether you're freshly registered or a few years in, you'll find a supportive, non-competitive environment where collaboration is genuinely encouraged over isolation.

A. Not at all. While the Collective encourages collaboration, consultations, and peer support, you can choose how much you engage. Your practice remains independent.

A: The room is billed per block, where each block is a 5-hour window. Rooted members book recurring blocks on a 28-day cycle, and the hourly rate decreases as you commit to more blocks per week:
Sprout – 1 block/week → $320 + HST ($16/hr)
Bloom – 2 blocks/week → $600 + HST ($15/hr)
Thrive – 3 blocks/week → $840 + HST ($14/hr)
Evergreen – 4 blocks/week → $1,000 + HST ($12.50/hr)

A. Yes, members can reach out to modify or cancel bookings according to their membership plan terms.

All cancellations, rescheduling and changes go through the cancellation request page in the Member Hub (aka the HQ) to keep things tidy.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellations kick in at the end of your 4-week billing cycle.
Any unused hours or time in a block sadly can not be rolled over or refunded.
Booking Cancellations
The Greenhouse (Hourly Bookings)
Cancel or reschedule 72+ hours before your start time, and you’ll get a refund minus a 5% admin fee.
Cancel or reschedule under 72 hours before? The full fee applies.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
The Third Place (Group Space Bookings)
Cancel or reschedule 72+ hours ahead: 5% admin fee.
Cancel or reschedule within 72 hours: full fee. (We love consistency)
Pause / Vacation Option
Rooted Members can request to release recurring slots or press “pause” on their membership. Think of it like getting a plant sitter while on vacation. Handled case-by-case, but totally doable. The number of slots and length of the pause will be factored into applicable fees, and your recurring time slot will be waiting for you when you return.
Policy Updates
If anything changes, you’ll get at least 28 days’ notice before the new policy universally kicks in. Your next billing or membership cycle will always reflect the updated version.
