Collected only through our secure booking and charting platform, JaneApp, when you:
Book an appointment
Complete an intake or consent form
Communicate with your therapist
This includes:
Name, contact information, and date of birth
Health history and reason for seeking therapy
Session notes and clinical assessments
b) Website Usage Data:
Collected via Google Analytics when you visit balenstherapy.com or balenstherapy.janeapp.com:
Browser type, device type, and IP address
Pages visited and time spent
Referral sources (like Google or Instagram)
This data is anonymous and helps us improve the website experience. No personal identifiers are collected through Google Analytics.

4. JaneApp Booking and Privacy
All client booking, charting, and communication is handled through JaneApp, a secure, Canadian-based platform compliant with PHIPA.
JaneApp ensures:

Secure storage of health records on Canadian servers
Multi-factor authentication
Role-based access to protect your records
