2. Registration and Payment
All workshop registrations require full payment in Canadian dollars (CAD) at the time of booking. Spots are not held without payment. Registration confirms your place in the session and constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. No Refund Policy
All workshop and event registrations are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstances.

BTC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation.
If a workshop is postponed rather than cancelled, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
7. In-Person Workshops
In-person workshops are held at Balens Therapy Collective, Unit 159, 7777 Weston Road, Vaughan, Ontario, unless otherwise indicated in the event listing. At times, workshops and events may be hosted at alternative locations. The specific location for each workshop will be clearly stated when you register.
All materials are provided unless otherwise indicated in the event listing.
8. Virtual Workshops
For virtual workshops, participants are responsible for sourcing their own materials unless otherwise indicated in the event listing. A full materials list will be provided at the time of booking to allow adequate preparation time.
BTC is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by participants, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or platform access problems. Technical difficulties on the participant's end do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Workshop activities may involve materials including but not limited to soil, live plants, paint, and craft supplies. Participants are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities to BTC prior to the workshop.
Balens Therapy Collective is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse responses arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities. Balens Therapy Collective retains full ownership of all photos and video taken by BTC during its events and of images showing participant work. Participants retain full ownership of the physical work they create during the workshop.
Participants who do not wish to appear in BTC's marketing materials should indicate this on their release form.

BTC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants and facilitators. BTC reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual prior to the start of a workshop, or to remove any participant during a workshop, for behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of the Collective.
Participants refused entry or removed due to conduct are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
