The Greenhouse is our main therapy office where therapists help their clients grow through their nurturing and evidence-based practices. Just like a greenhouse, this space is warm and controlled, just as safe trauma-informed therapy should be! Surrounded by plants, you will have access to fidget toys, weighted blankets and more.
The Third Place is a multifunctional area, serving as our small group space and reception area. The Third Place is exactly that: "A social environment separate from home (first place) and work (second place), where people gather informally to connect, build community, and relax, fostering civic engagement and well-being." Designed to feel cozy and inviting, and not your stereotypical group area. We're not doing foldable chairs in a circle here!
The Balens Therapy Collective is great for anyone, from new/part-time therapists to clinical supervisors.

We offer three different 5-hour blocks per day in The Greenhouse, with flexible hourly slots available as well.
The first and last 30 mins of each block is intended to be utilized as transitional time between bookings if needed.
Golden Hour
Golden Hour is a 7:30 amâ12:30 pm daytime block engineered for clarity, focus, and steady flow. Bathed in bright morning-to-midday energy, this window helps ideas land, keeps sessions grounded, and sustains consistent momentum.
Sunbeam
Sunbeam - 12:30â5:30 pm - is a warm, midday-to-afternoon stretch for those who thrive when the day is in full swing. Flexible, uplifting, and calm, itâs perfect for sessions, creative work, and steady productivity with a softer vibe. Expect an environment that supports focus, flow, and ease.
Twilight
Twilight is our 5:30 pm â10:30 pm session. A cozy, end-of-day window designed for intentional wrap-ups. It offers calm, privacy, and a quieter energy that helps teams and individuals settle, focus, and complete meaningful work. Perfect for reflective sessions, end-of-day admin catch-ups, or those who find their flow in the evening glow.
MEMBERSHIPS
Flexible Membership
The flexible membership allows you to book sessions wherever space is available in the schedule. This membership is great for new or part-time therapists as well as for supervision.
Each month (28 days) includes 1 booking in The Greenhouse at no additional cost. You will also be able to book extra single-hour slots whenever space is available at $30/hr + HST.
You can also book The Third Place x1 each month if you choose.
Rooted Memberships
Blocks do not need to be booked on the same day of the week.
There are three blocks to choose from each day:
Golden Hour - 7:30 am-12:30 pm
Sunbeam - 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Twilight - 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
You will also be able to book extra hourly slots in The Greenhouse whenever space is available at $20/hr + HST, as well as The Third Place x1 each month if you choose.

$600 + HST. ($15/hr)

This membership includes 4 recurring Greenhouse blocks per week (20hrs) for 4 weeks.
$1000 + HST. ($12.50/hr)
