Balens Psychotherapy now offers direct billing through TELUS eClaims for eligible insurance plans, helping make access to psychotherapy and counselling services more seamless and stress-free.

Clients can submit their insurance information securely within the JaneApp, allowing eligible claims to be billed directly to their insurance provider under counselling services.

Coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual insurance plan and provider. We recommend confirming your benefits in advance to understand your coverage for psychotherapy & counselling services.

In addition, Balens Psychotherapy supports insurance claim submission to Green Shield Canada, subject to individual plan eligibility and coverage terms.
